It is not a secret that Jack and I both love our kids very much and that we also love where we live. We're close to the beach, schools are awesome, we have our own private water parks as well as other perks and in the right company, the sense of community here is truly unparalleled - making it a wonderful place to raise children.
I was interviewed by an awesome realtor specializing in Nocatee properties, Dee Omahen of Keller Williams Realty. I am sharing it with you because during the interview I talked about what my dream is for Peach Insurance Services, LLC as far as my beloved Nocatee community goes.
My first hire for Peach Insurance Services was my rock star assistant, Tara Njoku. Tara is an integral part of our Life is Peachie (LiP ™) process. She was also my executive assistant at my previous job, prior to launching Peach Insurance Services. I hired her back then straight out of her maternal hiatus which gave me a very good insight on what women in her situation need in order to succeed at work. As you can see, Tara joined me again when I launched my own business.
My hope is to hire more Taras. Talented women who sacrificed a lot to take care of their children and now ready to work on a fulfilling career. I wish for Peach Insurance Services to be one of the best companies to work for in Nocatee, especially for Nocatee moms. I would like to help stay-at-home moms re-enter, then rock the corporate world and still have that work/life balance to care for their children. In the spirit of this vision, I also co-founded a Facebook group called Women Empowering Women that I hope will connect women and help with their careers. Our first two meetings were very successful!
