Insurance Planning Meets Death Care: Our Live Webinar Success Story!

Peachie Thompson · April 9, 2025

I'm absolutely thrilled to share the fantastic results from our recent live webinar with The Wellness & Legacy Group! On March 25, 2025, I had the pleasure of delivering a live and interactive presentation on integrating insurance planning into the death care industry.

First, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Probate Property Angels for hosting this wonderful event! Their support created the perfect platform for connecting with professionals across the death care industry and sharing vital insurance planning knowledge.

And to all the members of The Wellness & Legacy Group - your enthusiasm and thought-provoking questions during the Q&A session made this webinar truly special. Your engagement transformed this into an interactive experience that I believe benefited everyone involved.

Key Insights From Our Discussion

During our session, we explored several crucial aspects of insurance planning for death care professionals. I was delighted by how receptive everyone was to the practical examples and case studies.

Why My Wealthy Clients Choose Long-Term Care Insurance

One topic that generated significant interest was my explanation of why affluent individuals often opt for long-term care insurance instead of self-insuring:

  • Long-term care costs can be unpredictable, regardless of wealth level
  • LTC insurance creates a dedicated care fund that preserves family assets
  • The professional claims management services provide tremendous value
  • It's a smart estate preservation strategy that keeps investment portfolios intact

Clarifying Disability vs. Long-Term Care Insurance

We also cleared up the common confusion between these two important types of coverage:

  • Disability insurance replaces income when you can't work
  • Long-term care insurance provides support when daily living activities become challenging
  • Disability coverage typically ends at retirement while LTC protection continues
  • They have different triggering events: work inability versus self-care challenges

I was delighted to see so many lightbulb moments during this portion of our discussion!

If you missed this session or have follow-up questions, please don't hesitate to reach out directly at contact@peachinsurance.net or visit www.peachinsurance.net. I'm always happy to discuss how insurance planning can enhance your services in the death care industry.

Thank you again to our amazing hosts and all participants who made this webinar such a success. I look forward to continuing our conversation!
